It has lots of edamame, green beans, asparagus, spinach and broccoli. Not bad for $3.99. I stir-fired this with tofu and chopped garlic and seasoned the whole thing with about 1/4 cup of Trader’s Joe Tuscan Salad Dressing. Combined with quinoa, it made enough for three lunches, which is perfect, since I’m leaving town for a work trip on Wednesday.
Updates from Chesapeake Beach and Essex, MA to follow next week. Both are work trips but they’re sort of retreat-style so there should be a few interesting photos and definitely some food survival updates.
